Anne Marie's visit to Ragusa Ibla11/29/2021 Ragusa IblaRagusa Ibla is a joy to wander, a city aloft the hills in southeast Sicily. Ragusa is divided into two towns: Ragusa Ibla (lower old town) and Ragusa Superiore (upper town). You can walk between the two parts of town and observe stunning views of Ragusa Ibla from above.
Anne Marie recently visited Ragusa Ibla, and she shared her experience in Ragusa. Things she loved there and among them what are her favorite things she did. Anne says if you travel to Italy and you’ve never been to Sicily, then you haven’t been to Italy. Sicily is not only one of the most beautiful places to visit in Italy, but you can find some of the best food on that beautiful island. She spent three of a five-week vacation in Italy in the Sicily region. While she truly enjoyed. What She enjoyed most – Eating. Ragusa Does not disappoint. As is the case with Catania. Things to Eat Caponata – a wonderful stew of eggplant, potatoes, onions, tomatoes, etc. Scaccia Ragusana – is a type of lasagna bread. You'll love it. It is a bread layered with sauce, cheese, herbs, eggplant, or potatoes. Gelato –. Do not go there without having some Gelato. If you love Eggplant you will be in heaven there are so many delightful dishes in Ragusa and across Sicily that feature eggplant.
